NNL's Procurement department was established in 2005 and has been working with suppliers to deliver best value for the company ever since.
Our key drivers are to follow competitive, open and transparent processes and to be fair in contract placement. We aim to:
- understand and challenge existing procurement strategies of NNL, developing alternative solutions that reduce the total cost of acquisition.
- identify what is important to our customers, developing processes and procedures that ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire procurement cycle.
- continue to develop an infrastructure which ensures the effective management of NNL's entire procurement service.
- create, promote and facilitate an environment of continuous improvement.
